The annual general body meeting of Medico-legal Association of Maharashtra will be held on 1st October 2012. The meeting will start sharp at 5 PM at conference venue. If there is no quorum then the meeting will be adjourned for 15 minutes and then the GBM will commence at 5.15 PM irrespective of Quorum.
The agenda for the meeting:
To read and confirm the minutes of last GBM.
Presentation of Annual report by General Secretary.
Presentation of Audit report by treasurer.
Discussion on “Social security scheme” for life members.
Issues about membership of MLAM and updating of the membership list.
Issues about medico-legal policies for state.
Issues of Medico-legal work including Medico-legal Postmortem in Government and Private Medical Colleges.
Discussion on celebration of Silver Jubilee of MLAM 2013 and organization of next Annual conference.
Any other issue with the permission of the chair.
All the life members of MLAM are requested to attend the meeting.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
The Executive Committee meeting of Medico-legal Association of Maharashtra will be held on 30th September 2012. The meeting will start sharp at 4.30 PM at conference venue. If there is no quorum then the meeting will be adjourned for 30 minutes and then commence at 5 PM irrespective of Quorum.

Discussion on Annual report and audit report.
Distribution of Budget for MLAM activities.
Plan to increase revenue of MLAM.
Duties and responsibilities of various office bearers of MLAM.
Any other issue with the permission of the chair.
All the executive committee members of MLAM are requested to attend the meeting.
