Abstract |
Conflicts in healthcare are becoming more common and complex, involving issues like medical malpractice, insurance claims, and ethical dilemmas. This article explores how Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods, such as mediation and arbitration, can address these conflicts. Focusing on the Indian and American healthcare dispute resolution system, it discusses its unique challenges, including resource limitations and cultural factors. The article argues that ADR offers a collaborative, timely, and costeffective way to resolve disputes, benefiting providers and patients. This approach could significantly improve conflict resolution in healthcare, offering a more effective alternative to traditional methods. |
